Responsibilities: With nearly 30 years of experience in coating orthopaedic devices, he also oversees staff recruitment, training, and resource development.
Paul manages daily production schedules, ensuring compliance with Quality Management policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and cost.

Andy Bowker General & Quality Assurance Manager

Education: Aeronautical Engineering.
Responsibilities: Andy joined our team as QA/RA Manager in 2018, bringing 25 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and the medical device sector.
Andy oversees all daily business operations while also leading our quality assurance deparment as part of his role as General Manager and Quality Assurance lead.

Responsibilities: Applying his expertise in the applications of biomaterials, Andrew leads technical and development activities.
Andrew supports production, customer needs, and drives bespoke product development, while ensuring adherence to requirements of the regulated industry.

Responsibilities: Ian has a wealth of management experience in highly regulated industries such as automotive, food, electronics, hygiene, and health.
Ian manages the production of powder materials across our manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient throughput, maintaining our facilities’ high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
